RENTAL PRICING & OTHER INFORMATION

Waterfront Room

Available Seating:

200 - Auditorium Style

200 - Seated at Tables

160 - Tables w/Dance Floor space

Security & Damage Deposit of $800 -$1,600 is required to reserve the Waterfront Room and is separate from the Rental Fee.  Deposit amount is determined by type of event.

​

Deposit and 25% of rental fee is due at the time of booking. Full rental fee is due at time of booking if reservation is less than 60 days from time of booking.

Saturday starts at:

    $3,200   Full Day (16 hours, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

    $2,400   Half Day (8 hour block, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or

                                 8 hour block, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

    Additional hours can be added to half day rentals for $225 per hour

Sunday starts at: 

    $1,900  Full Day (9.5 hours, 1:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

Monday - Wednesday starts at:

    $1,100   Evenings Only, (3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

      Call for pricing on a weeknight meeting. Prices differ from event pricing.

​​Friday: starts at

    $1,800   Evenings Only, (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

INCLUDED AMENITIES:

* Twenty 6-foot round tables, 200 chairs, and ten 6-foot banquet tables.

* Three 75-inch flat screen TVs, HDMI compatibility (plays simultaneously).

* Sound system, with wireless microphones and Bluetooth capability.

* Use of our commercial kitchen with a warming oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine and prep table.     

     Commercial gas oven, stove, grill, and convection oven are available for licensed caterer use only.

* 45-Cup coffee urn (if available, Renter is responsible for providing coffee, coffee cups, and condiments).

Treasure Valley Room

Available Seating:

75 - Auditorium Style

30 - Classroom Style

60 -  Seated w/Tables & Chairs

$450    First five (5) hours of time

$75       Each additional hour

Days and times vary depending on availability

Security & Damage Deposit of $400-$800 is required to reserve the Treasure Valley Room and is separate from the Rental Fee.  Deposit amount is determined by type of event.

Deposit and 25% of rental fee is due at the time of booking. 

INCLUDED AMENITIES:

* Eight 5-foot round tables, 48-75 chairs, and six 6-foot banquet tables.

* Large counter space with sink and water.

* 55-inch flat screen TV, HDMI compatible.

* PA system, with wired and wireless microphone and Bluetooth capability.

* 45-Cup coffee urn (if available, Renter is responsible for providing coffee, coffee cups, and condiments).

Dogwood Room

Available Seating:

25 - Auditorium Style

20 - Seated at Card Tables

$40 per Hour, 4-hour minimum

Days and times vary depending on availability

Security & Damage Deposit of $100 is required to reserve the Dogwood Room and is separate from the Rental Fee.  Deposit amount is determined by type of event.

INCLUDED AMENITIES:

* Five (5) card tables, 20-30 chairs.

* 55-inch flat screen TV, HDMI compatible.

* 45-Cup coffee urn (if available, Renter is responsible for providing coffee, coffee cups, and condiments).

Add-Ons

Lobby   

$200  Per Event

Available to rent with the Waterfront Room Only.  Lobby furniture is available for use; additional tables and chairs may be available as well.

Patio

$200  Per Event

Available with the rental of the Waterfront Room & Treasure Valley Room. 

​

Game Room  (Includes Pool, Shuffleboard, Darts & Ping Pong)

$200  Per Event

An additional $200  Security & Damage Deposit is required to rent this space.

Additional Rental Information

Event Time

The rental time should include the time needed to complete the event set-up and clean-up.

​

Security & Damage Deposits

Deposits are due with the signed agreement to secure the event date.  Deposits are refundable, provided the event is completed on time, clean-up is satisfactory, and there are no damages.

​

Certificate of Liability

All Renters are required to obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1,000,000.

​

Alcohol Policy

Only beer, wine, and champagne are allowed; Renters may not bring in their own alcohol.  All alcohol must be provided and dispensed by a fully licensed and insured traveling bar service.

​

Food Policy

Renters may bring in their own food or have it catered by a caterer of their choice.

** All licensed Bars and Caterers must provide their Certificate of Liability and any licenses or permits required by the City of Meridian and/or Ada County.

​

Decorations & Event Items

Renter is responsible to provide all decorations, tableware, serving items, and media playing equipment.

​

End of Event

Renter is responsible to complete the End of Event Wrap-Up Checklist, ensuring that the Center is clean and left in the same condition as the renter received it.
